TSI Inspector Consultant

Advise UK inspection teams on moving technical safety inspection (TSI) workflows into Erlos while keeping sign-off standards intact.

£60,000 – £80,000
What you will be working on
  • Map existing inspection standards, codes and client-specific requirements into structured report logic
  • Run workflow discovery sessions with NDT engineers, site inspectors and reviewers
  • Validate report outputs against field evidence and regulatory expectations
  • Lead customer deployments with UK operators and feed findings directly back to the product team
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical safety inspection, NDT, or pressure-equipment integrity
  • Familiarity with UK inspection standards (e.g., PSSR, LOLER, API, ASME) and report sign-off practices
  • Strong written communication and ability to translate field work into structured documentation
  • Comfortable working directly with engineers and operations teams on customer sites
  • Right to work in the UK
Engineering

ML Engineer

Build the ML layer that extracts, links and classifies inspection evidence so reports can be prepared with minimal manual rework.

What you will be working on
  • Develop and maintain ML pipelines that process inspection photos, readings and unstructured field notes
  • Integrate models into the report-generation workflow alongside the engineering team
  • Improve model reliability, monitoring and error handling for production use
  • Contribute to data strategy, annotation workflows and evaluation frameworks
Requirements
  • 2+ years of production ML engineering experience
  • Strong Python skills and experience with modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face)
  • Experience with data pipelines, model evaluation and deploying models in production environments
  • Good software engineering fundamentals: version control, testing, code review
  • Ability to collaborate in a small, fast-moving team of 10–20 people
  • Right to work in the UK
